Contact Centre Agent

Based in Doncaster, One Call Insurance is a well-established local call centre which has been operating for over 25 years. We provide a range of services within the insurance industry and pride ourselves in ensuring we deliver the best outcomes to both our consumers and employees

Within this role you will operate across our phone and live chat services to support customers in a variety of different ways.

Duties include:

• Handling general customer enquiries
• Providing customers with new quotations
• Dealing with policy changes
• Complaint handling

Schedule:

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 8pm and weekends 9am – 5.30pm.

You will work a 37.5 hour week, with the addition of late and weekend shift requirements.

How will I be working?

This role is office based at our Doncaster head office.
