Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (PAYE only)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers at licensed venues
• Performing ID and bag checks while greeting guests with professionalism
• Managing venue entry queues and maintaining occupancy levels
• Monitoring behaviour and de-escalating potential conflict calmly and effectively
• Working alongside venue management and emergency services when required
• Completing detailed and timely incident reports

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor License (essential)
• Minimum 3 months experience working in hospitality as a Door Supervisor or similar experience
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
• Right to work in the UK

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• More than 6 months experience in nightlife or hospitality security
