Job Title:
Product Specialist – RF
Location:
On-site – Mansfield
Salary:
£60,000 + profit sharing monthly bonus
Hours:
Full-time
40 hours per week
Bolt Technical are recruiting for a global engineering and manufacturing organisation seeking an RF Product Specialist to support customer engagement and product development activities. This role offers a unique blend of technical and commercial exposure, working closely with product management and customers in a growing, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technical customer engagement, including meetings and presentations
- Provide RF expertise to support the sales process and internal teams
- Assist in managing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product alignment
- Support product lifecycle activities and ongoing development
- Act as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in RF engineering (education or industry experience)
- Minimum A-level Physics (or equivalent)
- Ideally degree-qualified (BEng in Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-facing or commercial experience (preferred)
- BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
