Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, along with exceptional leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delightful dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation while ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

The hours will be 7am to 4pm - finishing time is flexible. ** OR 7-12**

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimise kitchen efficiency and enhance the dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
  • Preperation & serving of both breakfast and carvery on a daily basis

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
  • A background in hospitality is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
