About Conservatory Supermarket:

Conservatory Supermarket are the DIY Conservatory Experts. Customers use our website to design their dream Conservatory for self-build. Our sister company, SolarFrame, are a trusted manufacturer of quality conservatories, giving customers the peace of mind that they will receive an exceptional product for their DIY project. Due to fast expansion we are seeking an experienced DIY Conservatory Sales Consultant to work within our in house Sales and Support Teams.

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industry professional to become part of a fast-growing business with genuine career progression opportunities.

All enquiries are generated through our websites and marketing activities. There is no cold calling. You will be dealing with customers who have already expressed an interest in our products and requested information or quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Following up qualified enquiries
Advising customers on conservatories and solid roof solutions
Producing and revising quotations
Managing customers through the sales process
Maintaining accurate customer records
Working closely with the operations and quotations team

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a friendly, honest and self-motivated customer service orientated professional who is reliable, an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to multi-task and resolve problems.
