Contract Type: 40 Weeks, 37.5 Hours a Week

Location: Pierview Academy, Gravesend & Parkview Academy, Welling

Responsible to: Head Teacher

About the Role

Pierview Academy and Parkview Academy are seeking an organised and experienced Executive Administrator to play a central role in the day-to-day running of our specialist SEND schools across two sites.

This varied role spans HR, finance and operational administration. You will maintain essential systems including staff training compliance, recruitment administration, records management and examination administration, ensuring all processes are accurate, compliant and audit-ready. You will act as a key link between the schools and central services, supporting senior leaders in meeting their statutory duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate staff training records, absence monitoring and Safer Recruitment documentation.
  • Process new employee information and support school induction procedures.
  • Manage petty cash, resource orders, mileage and expense submissions to the finance department.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Update local authorities with learner attendance and maintain the Admissions and Destinations register.
  • Provide minute-taking support and general operational administration across both sites.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Level 2 or above in English and maths (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in administration within a school or similar setting
  • Knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and EHCP process
  • Strong IT, organisational and time-management skills
  • High standards of confidentiality and data management

Desirable

  • Experience coordinating EHCP annual reviews
  • Full, current driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
