The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be more than just a team member—you’ll be a key part of a child’s early story. You’ll spark curiosity, inspire imagination, and help build the foundations that shape their future.

Working alongside a supportive and friendly team, you’ll have the freedom to bring your creativity to life and make every day meaningful—for both you and the children.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where every child can thrive
Planning fun, engaging, play-based activities tailored to each child’s interests
Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS
Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the team (we love new inspiration!)
Delivering exciting experiences through our enhanced curriculum
For qualified staff: being a key person and completing observations and assessments
Enjoying walks and little adventures in the local community

What We’re Looking For

A Level 2 Early Years qualification or above (for qualified roles)
A kind, positive, and enthusiastic team player
Someone who genuinely loves working with children
A creative mind who enjoys making learning magical
Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Initiative to create engaging activities (especially tuff trays!)
