Customer Service Assistant

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Betting Team at Chester Racecourse. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, working across public, restaurant and hospitality areas of the racecourse.

Please note, your closest racecourse must be Chester to apply for this role. You will be offered work at other racecourses additionally, however, ideally we are looking for team members who can attend a minimum of 80% of Chester fixtures for the 2026 season.

Who are we looking for?

· Applicants 18+

· Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred

· Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred

· Honest and reliable team members

· Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge

· Drivers/keen travellers - preferred not necessary

Pay Rate

· Customer Service Assistant - £12.90 + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.61 per hour

. Courier - £14.05 + holiday pay 13.3% = £15.91 per hour

· The same rate for all ages 18+

· Monthly pay
