Full job description

We are currently seeking a passionate Sous level chef to join our energetic team. Would you thrive in a busy kitchen cooking Italian/Mediterranean food? We would love to hear from you!

Job Role Requirements:

-Carrying out preparation to agreed company standard.

-Cooking food to the required standard.

-Demonstrate an ability to work cleanly & efficiently.

-Work well as part of a team in a busy kitchen.

-Assisting in the running of a busy kitchen with regards to ordering, managing junior level chefs and running shift upon head chefs absence.
