Experienced Leader: Proven experience managing pharmacy teams, overseeing operations, and maintaining high standards across dispensing, prescribing, and patient services.

Online Pharmacy Knowledge: Experience within online pharmacy, distance selling pharmacy models, or private healthcare services would be highly advantageous.

Commercial & Operational Awareness: Able to balance patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business performance within a fast-paced online healthcare environment.
