Binder Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Laundry Operative & Office Cleaner to join our team. This is a part-time, permanent role working 5 days per week, ideally suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across both laundry and office environments.

The Role

You will be responsible for the laundering, drying, and sorting of PPE to ensure all items are cleaned, processed, and sorted in a safe and timely manner.

In addition to laundry duties, the role will also include providing cover for office cleaning duties as required, ensuring office areas, welfare facilities, and communal spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

The role requires a high level of independence, as you will often be working on your own and managing your workload day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Launder, dry, and sort PPE in line with company procedures
• Ensure all items are processed to a high standard of cleanliness
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised laundry environment
• Provide cover for office cleaning duties when required
• Clean office areas, kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces to a high standard
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
• Manage your own workload to meet daily requirements
• Communicate any issues or delays to the Line Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in laundry, cleaning, or a similar environment (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Reliable, organised, and detail-focused approach
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business as required

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
