What you’ll be doing

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen with energy and care, making sure every dish leaving the pass is something we’re proud of.

You will:

• Lead, motivate and develop your kitchen team
• Deliver consistently high-quality food in a busy café environment
• Manage ordering, stock control and kitchen GP
• Ensure excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Support recruitment, training and development of chefs and kitchen assistants
• Work closely with the General Manager to run a brilliant café

What we’re looking for

We’re after someone who brings both great food standards and great leadership.

You’ll likely:

• Have experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Be confident leading a busy kitchen team
• Be organised with ordering, stock control and kitchen processes
• Care about food quality, teamwork and creating a positive kitchen culture
• Be calm under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment
