This is a full-time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Your shifts can fall any day of the week including bank holidays and you are required to be fully flexible Monday to Sunday

Pay

• Training rate: £13.34 per hour
• In service rate: £15.00 per hour (Mon–Fri)
• Weekend rates up to £21.88 per hour

The Role

You’ll be safely transporting passengers, delivering great customer service, and helping people get where they need to be — all while following routes, schedules, and road regulations.

What You’ll Need

• No more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifications
• Confidence behind the wheel and good local knowledge of Cardiff
• Friendly communication skills and a reliable, punctual approach
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

For health and safety reasons, driver weight is restricted to a maximum of 20 stone in line with manufacturer guidelines.
