Are you experienced in working with children aged 0–8?
Looking for a new opportunity to apply your skills in a different way?

We are currently recruiting for an End-Point Assessor to assess apprentices who are completing their training in the following apprenticeship standards:

Early Years Educator
Early Years Practitioner
Early Years Lead Practitioner

We have self employed positions as well as 6 month fixed term positions (40 hours per week) available.

No previous assessment experience is necessary—we’ll provide full training and support, including a recognised qualification in end-point assessment. You’ll also be equipped with the necessary technology to perform your role effectively.

What’s involved?

Reviewing apprentices’ submitted work
Conducting one-to-one professional discussions about their role and training
Delivering assessments via web conferencing and in-person visits to apprentices’ workplaces
Each assessment typically takes around 4 hours, followed by report writing and uploading to our system

What do you need to apply?

Recent relevant experience in the early years sector, at Level 3 or higher, gained within the last 2 years
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification recognised by the Department for Education (DfE)
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel nationwide for all assessments.
