We’re expanding our field team across Wales and looking for a proactive, people-focused Field Sales Representative to help our customers keep their shelves stocked, their displays looking sharp, and their sales growing.

The Role

This isn’t about cold calling or hard selling, it’s about building relationships, maintaining strong customer connections, and ensuring our products make an impact in-store.

You’ll visit existing customers, keep displays in top shape, and identify opportunities to increase sales. Every day will be different perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and making a visible difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing customer accounts to check stock levels and manage returns.
• Ensure displays are well-presented, tidy, and fully stocked.
• Identify opportunities to expand product ranges within stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff.
• Manage your schedule and route efficiently.
• Record updates and information via a company tablet.

About You

• Experienced in a customer-facing role (field sales experience a bonus).
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional in all interactions.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic digital tools.
• Proactive and quick to identify and solve issues before they escalate.
