Restaurant Manager

Duties

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage daily restaurant operations including reservations, seating arrangements, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment.
• Coordinate food production activities, including supervising kitchen staff and monitoring food presentation.
• Assign duties, and oversee team management to optimise productivity.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain stock levels, order supplies as needed, and manage inventory efficiently.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings.
• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations applicable to the hospitality industry.
