Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage daily restaurant operations including reservations, seating arrangements, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment.
- Coordinate food production activities, including supervising kitchen staff and monitoring food presentation.
- Assign duties, and oversee team management to optimise productivity.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain stock levels, order supplies as needed, and manage inventory efficiently.

- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations applicable to the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to customer service and team management.
