Job Overview
- Job Title: Qualified Teacher
- Salary: M1 - M6 pay scale
- Location: London (Full-time onsite)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Contract Type: Full-time, part-time, or term-time only

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, planned special education sessions.
- Plan personalized curriculum activities and targets.
- Integrate behavior and therapy strategies into lessons .
- Collaborate daily within a transdisciplinary school team .
- Lead, guide, and coach classroom support staff .
- Maintain records of learner progress and assessments .
- Uphold strict child protection and safeguarding standards .
Essential Requirements
- Qualifications: UK recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience: Proven experience working within SEND or autism settings .
- Skills: Strong curriculum planning and assessment practice .
- Knowledge: Understanding of the UK National Curriculum .
- Vetting: Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in a transdisciplinary team.
- Mentoring or classroom coaching experience .
- Knowledge of the Attention Autism approach .
- Experience using ABA or VB teaching methods.
Pay: £40,317.00-£52,300.00 per year
