The Role—Customer Support Manager

Own the customer journey from the final site survey to a flawless hand-over:

• Conduct in-home, post-sale surveys & finalise every millimetre in ArtiCAD.
• Schedule & coordinate trusted trades—cabinet makers, electricians, plumbers, tilers.
• Be the single point of contact, proactively smoothing out snags and keeping homeowners thrilled.

5-week paid onboarding in our Brisbane HQ: proprietary CRM, Aussie regulationss, and local site practices—no guess-work, just confidence.

The Essentials

• Passport: British citizen (eases sponsorship).
• Credentials: Guild-certified kitchen fitter/surveyor.
• Experience: 5+ years installing or surveying high-spec kitchens.
• Age: Under 45 (visa requirement).
• Tools: Competent in ArtiCAD (or similar CAD) & on-site problem solving.
• Mindset: Meticulous eye, natural rapport-builder, calm under pressure.
