No Split Shifts - work 4 or 5 days as you prefer

Earnings based on worked hours - all hours worked are paid

4 or 5 days week work schedule depending on your preference, your salary will be increasing if working more days/more hours

The role of Chef de Partie ?

The Chef de Partie participates in mise en place and service of their section and develops towards a Senior Chef de Partie role.

The Evening team prepares the Gallery Dinner (3 Rosettes) a la carte Menu created by French Michelin Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Head Chef Paul Leligny, mixing French European influences with modernity and Creativity.
