Roofing Team Wanted — Full Re-Roofs, Flat Roofs & Solar Installations

We're an established and growing solar, roofing and heating company looking to bring on an experienced roofing team to take on a steady pipeline of work across the South Coast.

The work

You'll be carrying out full re-roofs, flat roof installations (felt/GRP/EPDM), and pitched roof work, alongside solar PV installations. Full training on solar can be provided — roofing experience is what matters most, and we'll get you up to speed on the solar side.

What we're looking for

We want an established, capable team of 3–4 who already work well together — not individual applicants. You should have solid experience across full re-roofs and flat roofing systems, your own hand tools, and a strong eye for quality and tidy workmanship. A genuine interest in the renewables side is a bonus, as solar is an increasing part of what we do.

Solar training is provided at no cost to you, opening up a valuable additional skill set as the industry grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar mounting systems on a variety of roof types
• Carry out roofing works including:
• tiled roofs
• flat roofs
• repairs and roof upgrades
• full re-roofs where required
• Ensure all penetrations are properly sealed and weatherproof
• Identify and report any roof issues before or during installation
• Work safely and follow site and health & safety standards
• Maintain high workmanship and finish standards
• Liaise with site supervisors and installers on-site

What We’re Looking ForEssential

• Proven experience as a roofer
• Strong knowledge of all roof types (tile, slate, flat, etc.)
• Confidence working at height
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience installing solar mounting systems
• Experience working alongside solar installation teams
• NVQ or relevant roofing qualifications
• CSCS card
• Own tools

Training can be provided on our specific systems and solar mounting methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £200.00-£280.00 per day
