Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in food preparation and serving, including pastries and light snacks.
• Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Uphold the quality of products by following recipes and presentation standards.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards.
• Strong serving skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
