Nichecom is a rapidly growing company with over 30 years of experience in property marketing. We act as an extension of the estate agencies we work with, providing high quality media services that include photography, floorplans, EPCs, 3D tours, videography and drone content.

We pride ourselves on collaborative and supportive culture. Although our photographers work remotely, we regularly host events and meetups to stay connected, share knowledge and celebrate success.

What is the Role?

As a photographer within Nichecom, you'll take on a varied and dynamic role, working closely with estate agents to create high quality, visually engaging marketing materials that help the properties to stand out.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Property photography - Capturing professional interior and exterior images that highlight each properties unique features.

EPC assessments - Conducting energy performance certificate inspections.

3D virtual tours - Creating immersive virtual walk-throughs using 3D scanning technology

Drone photography & videography - Using drone equipment to capture arial footage

Video production - Filming property videos that could include working with the estate agent to present the property

Diary booking - Making phone calls to clients to arrange suitable dates/times to book the appointment

You will be the go-to person for clients that you work closely with, so strong communication skills are essential. Ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, meeting people and taking pride in their work with a keen eye for detail.

Essential skills

• Photographer with DSLR/Mirrorless experience
• Property photography
• Comfortable working independently and managing your time well
• Hold a full, clean UK driving license for minimum of 2 years
• Confident driving and travelling to different locations
• Excellent communication (written and spoken, English)
• Work well in a fast paced environment

Preferred skills

• Confident producing floorplans
• Video and drone experience
• EPC knowledge

£25,000 - £42,000 OTE
