Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional barber to join our esteemed salon team. Duties

• Provide expert barber services tailored to individual client preferences.
• Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles, and treatments.
• Lead and mentor junior barbers, sharing expertise and supporting their professional development.
• Ensure all salon hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise salon productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing industry.
• Assist in the organisation of promotional events or special offers to attract new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a barber at a senior level.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrable expertise in hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members effectively.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering recognised within the industry.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently during busy periods.
• A professional attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
