Fork Lift Truck Driver

WALSTEAD ROCHE, one of the UK’s leading web offset printers has the following vacancies for their site based in Roche, Cornwall:

Forklift Truck Driver

£25,680 per annum + overtime opportunities at double time

6.00am-18.00pm with a 1 hour paid break

39 hours per week average across 3-4 shifts

You will work Monday-Wednesday days for 4 weeks, then rotate to Thursday-Saturday days for 4 weeks.

You will be required to work 13 extra shifts per annum which will predominately fall on Sunday days.

It will be a maximum of 9 Sunday days and the remaining 4 will be required during the week.

Duties will include, Pallet Wrapping, Racking, Bindery, Goods In and Despatch Fork Lift Truck duties within a busy manufacturing environment.

Whilst the suitable candidate will receive training, all applicants must hold a current RTIB Counter Balance Fork Truck Licence. Clamp Truck Licence and Flexi Truck Licence are advantageous.

In addition, previous experience of warehouse/stock control would be advantageous.

There may be an opportunity to gain a Clamp Truck Licence and Flexi Truck Licence for the right candidate.

Applicants will also need to demonstrate the necessary flexibility, enthusiasm and drive to work within a busy department.
