We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook/Chef to join our team. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
• Manage food production processes, including portion control and presentation
• Oversee food safety and hygiene practices in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Assist in training new team members and fostering a positive team atmosphere

Experience

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within hospitality or fast-food takeaway restaurant settings
• Demonstrable skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Supervising experience is highly desirable, with a focus on team management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Experience in food production, hospitality services, or related roles is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
