Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to enhance IT and Cyber Security solutions for businesses. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Develop relationships with existing customers and cross sell
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Track sales metrics and report on performance
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, in IT/Cyber Security
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with market research techniques is a plus
- A proactive attitude towards achieving targets
