Field Service Technician

£28,0000–£32,600 + bonus (£3k OTE)
North East. Newcastle Depot (NE13)
Company vehicle, available for personal use.
Full-time, permanent

The Rudd Group is expanding and looking for an experienced Gaming Machine Field Service Technician to work across the North East. This is a mobile, hands-on role, servicing and maintaining gaming and electromechanical equipment in customer venues.

Key duties

Install, service, and repair gaming/electromechanical equipment
Act as the first point of contact for customers on site
Work independently and manage your own daily schedule
Follow health & safety and manual handling procedures

What we’re looking for

At least 2 years experience of servicing gaming machines or similar electro-mechanical assets.
Good technical and electrical fault-finding skills
Customer-focused and confident working face to face
Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Full UK driving licence
