self shooting director/editor

We are looking for a full-time senior self shooting director/editor to join our team in mid May! There is one job over 6 week which will require way more self management than usual. There will be a production team behind you, but being okay with working without a producer on site for this job is must- (isn't the usual for us either!) We produce mid form content like short branded documentaries, events, or content series that appear mainly on social media such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Some of our clients include companies such as BAFTA, Jaegermeister, McLaren, Saucony, Audi and Netflix. It’s very important to us that our new team member is a creative allrounder who is able to shoot and liaise with talent alongside producing shoots as we quite often tag team between our members depending who is available to do what at the time.

Key Responsibilities:

*Must love football

* Oversee video production from pre-production to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.

* Develop pitch decks and proposals, working closely with creative teams to present compelling concepts.

*Familiarity with shooting on an FX3, 6 or 9 as those are our inhouse cameras we use for majority of shoots.

* Must be able to edit

* Work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

* Ensure all content meets creative and technical standards.

* Bonus: Familiarity with or similar project management tools.

About You:

* 4+ years of experience in video production and shoot coordination.

* Comfortable managing projects domestically and internationally.

* Confident working with clients, leading discussions, and managing expectations.

* Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
