Duties

• Cook pizzas
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to during food preparation and handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, including sanitising surfaces and equipment
• Assist in the preparation of other menu items as required
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment

Experience

• Previous experience with pizza making
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential
• Experience with meal preparation, especially pizza making, will be highly regarded
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating efficiency and organisation under pressure
