Full job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our Residential Sales team in Kingsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong understanding of the property market and a commitment to delivering a first-class client experience.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing property sales from instruction through to completion. You will build strong relationships with clients, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and help ensure a smooth and professional sales process, maintaining the highest standards of service for both buyers and vendors.
Many of our sales can be complex, so a calm, pragmatic approach is essential to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Above all, we value a proactive attitude, sound judgement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering, qualifying and managing buyer enquiries
- Conducting property viewings and providing informed property advice
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Supporting the progression of agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Maintaining regular, professional communication with clients
- Assisting in generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong local market awareness
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within residential estate agency is essential, ideally as a Sales Negotiator with sales progression knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, personable and client-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential
- The role will involve Saturday work on a rota basis
