Role: Recruitment Consultant - Food & Manufacturing

Location: Stamford, UK

Starting Salary: £25,000 + commission (OTE £30,000 - £40,000)

Overview

Our Stamford based client is looking to hire 3 Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants over the next quarter to join their well-established Food & Manufacturing team. They are a specialist recruitment business working across food, fresh produce, horticulture, agriculture and garden retail. They aren't your typical recruitment firm: Relationships are long-term, and success comes from people who genuinely want to build something - not just move seats.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a defined market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client development through to placement and account management. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, build deep sector knowledge, and be trusted to drive results in a mature, commercial environment.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Salary: £25,000
• Commission: Uncapped, no threshold (full details shared during interview process)
• OTE: £30k - £40k - rising with experience
• Hitting target unlocks bonuses
• Additional bonuses available if the company hits overall targets
• Incentives: Fun monthly and quarterly incentives on offer
• Candidate we placed 2 years ago: Still going strong and getting taken to Berlin for a client conference
