Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with property searches, viewings, and negotiations across different countries and markets
  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
  • Maintain organised records of transactions, client details, and property listings using specialised CRM systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners in multiple languages where applicable
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about international property trends and legal requirements
  • Organise appointments, viewings, and meetings across different time zones to accommodate client needs
  • Develop marketing materials to promote properties through various channels including social media platforms
  • Support administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, managing correspondence, and scheduling follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within real estate or related fields is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
  • Knowledge of international property laws and procedures is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
