Full job description
At Acturis, innovation is not just part of our culture - it is in our DNA.
Our journey began in 2000 in the garden shed of our co founder, Theo Duchen, who - together with fellow former McKinsey partner David McDonald - set out to reinvent insurance technology. From those start up beginnings, Acturis has grown into a global SaaS leader transforming the insurance industry.
Today, over 100,000 users in 40+ countries rely on our platform to run and grow their businesses. By partnering closely with brokers, insurers and MGAs, we continue to shape modern insurance across both personal and commercial lines.
Recognised as a Great Place to Work® 2026, Acturis combines the agility and innovation of a start up with the scale and stability of an industry leader. You will join a team where expertise is valued, ideas move fast, and talented people make a real impact from day one. And as an EcoVadis Committed rated organisation, we focus on creating long term value by operating in a sustainable and responsible way.
Day to day you will:
- Working within our Roadmap & Partnerships team, work with new and existing clients to scope, design and implement Acturis System functionality, helping them understand configuration options and technical capabilities.
- Support sales discussions through requirement gathering, workshops, demonstrations and completion of technical RFI documentation.
- Produce proposals, solution designs and process flow documentation, identifying solution gaps and collaborating with Product Managers or Owners to shape the roadmap.
We offer structured development, clear progression and genuine ownership - whether that means leading projects, shaping strategy or mentoring others. You will work in a collaborative environment where strong performers progress quickly.
You can expect:
- A transparent progression structure, regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
- Opportunities to lead cross functional projects, influence product direction and support the development of junior team members.
- Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development and access to industry recognised training.
You will thrive here if you:
- Bring proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within software, SaaS or complex systems, with strong problem solving ability and a track record of delivery.
- Are logical, organised, confident working with clients and able to build strong relationships with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Have a strong academic background, for example a 2:1 STEM degree and excellent A levels ideally including Maths, are highly computer literate and eager to take ownership and grow.
Ready to use your expertise to help shape the future of insurance technology
Join Acturis and take on a role where your impact is immediate, your ideas matter and your progression is limitless.
Please note Acturis is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, transgender status, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity. For further information, visit www.acturis.com.
If you will require any reasonable adjustments to be made at any stage throughout the recruitment process then please email recruitment@acturis.com so that we may accommodate them for you.
Successful candidates will usually be contacted within 14 days of applying. Due to the high-volume of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to inform unsuccessful applicants.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position at this time, including to those on Graduate Visas. Please keep an eye out on our Careers page for any updates regarding sponsorship.
