Receptionist

Wills Bros Civil Engineering is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team on their new Project in Perth on a full time permanent basis Monday to Friday. The role will be based at our Project Office and is key to ensuring a smooth, welcoming and well organised front-of-house service for our staff, visitors and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers providing a professional and courteous welcome.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage the main project email inbox.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures, site access passes and meeting room bookings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and document handling.
  • Assist the project team with organising meetings, catering and travel arrangements where required.
  • Maintain reception and office areas in a tidy, presentable condition at all times.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within construction, engineering or a similar office environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a busy project team.
  • Opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project with a well-established civil engineering contractor.
