Are you an experienced Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator or automotive professional looking to join a prestigious dealership group where your attention to detail and organisational skills will be truly valued?

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded automotive retailer for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their successful aftersales team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator, Service Advisor, Aftersales Administrator, Dealership Administrator, Warranty Advisor, Service Reception Administrator, Workshop Administrator or other automotive administration positions.

Working within a busy dealership environment, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting the wider aftersales operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Costing and invoicing warranty repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Processing manufacturer warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis
  • Ensuring warranty submissions comply with manufacturer requirements and standards
  • Managing and controlling warranty debt effectively
  • Administering manufacturer recalls and campaigns
  • Liaising with technicians, service advisors and management teams to obtain supporting information for claims
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting the wider aftersales department with administrative duties when required
  • Ensuring all processes are completed within agreed timescales and manufacturer guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience within an administrative role, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Experience as a Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator, Aftersales Administrator, Service Advisor, Warranty Advisor or similar dealership role would be highly advantageous
  • Experience using Kerridge / Keyloop systems would be beneficial
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT and administrative capabilities
