PLEASE NOTE: PREVIOUS DENTAL RECEPTIONIST or DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR experience is essential for this role.

We are currently looking for an experienced full-time (5 days a week), dynamic, exceptional, and friendly Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team at Centre For Implant Dentistry (CID)

At CID, we are known to passionately care about providing exceptional clinical Implant treatments alongside fantastic customer service for every patient. The whole team is motivated by this ethos.

Our team is important to us – we only employ people with the right skills, the right drive, and the right attitude.

You will be the face of CID and our customers’ first experience of our business, so you must be very presentable, friendly, and approachable and offer great customer service - face to face, on the phone, and via emails.

Full training will be given, but you MUST be experienced with private dental reception duties and have knowledge of Dental Implants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a warm and polite welcome to all patients
  • Handle all enquires via phone, email, and face-to-face in a professional manner
  • Deliver a high-quality and efficient reception service to the clinic
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Liaise with other colleagues to ensure a smooth patient journey
  • Have a good working knowledge of all services including treatments and costings ( training provided )
  • Prepare, explain, and follow up treatment plans
  • Time Management
  • Being able to multi-task on a daily basis

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Have experience in the dental profession as a dental receptionist
  • Knowledge of Dentally Software
  • Knowledge of Dental Implant treatments and the patient journey
  • Are passionate about the dental industry and enjoy constantly learning and developing your role in the dental team
  • Are equally comfortable working as part of a team as well as individually
  • Understand the importance of good communication and the vital role of customer service in the private dental practice
  • Essential: Excellent communication skills and multitasking
  • Experienced in IT including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of marketing channels – Instagram and Facebook Posting
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual
  • Possessing a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Very well-presented
  • Punctual, reliable , good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of excellent customer service
  • Outgoing, well-spoken

Salary: £30,000 plus commission/bonus on treatments concluded
