We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in South Vennel, Lanark

As a Clerical Assistant you will undertake a wide variety of admin duties including, providing a front line reception service, greeting and welcoming visitors, fielding phone calls, provide administration support to the Unit Manager and all residential care staff, provide a word processing service, maintaining spreadsheets, arranging meetings using the outlook facility, annual archiving, maintain inventory of all tools and equipment within the establishment, data inputting to our Social Work case management system, use Multi Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents, petty cash including reconciliation, and other general admin tasks to support our colleagues who provide a frontline service to the community.

We welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages. Ideally you will have experience of working as a receptionist or within an office, however this will not be essential as you will be given full training.
