Nightshift-

40 Hours a week. Shifts between 7pm and 08am. 5 Nights a week. Must be fully flexible and will include weekends, Christmas, Easter and bank holidays and be over 18.

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Night Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
