Receptionist

We are Looking for a bubbly, passionate person who is extreamly guest focussed.

We are a 44 bedroom Hotel/bar/restaurant with a stirling reputation.

One of the leaders in our group, so we are looking for a person that can maintain for already high standard with exceptional customer service.

If this is you please apply, but must have at least a year hotel experience.

All training is given.

What we look for in a Receptionist:

As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.

You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
