Recruitment and Training Co-Ordinator
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000, with commission OTE £40,000

Overview
This role supports the full employee journey from attraction and hiring through to onboarding and ongoing development. You will work closely with managers, engineers, and the wider People Team to make sure recruitment runs smoothly and our internal training centre is fully coordinated, well organised, and consistently used.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage job adverts, proactive attraction methods, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines
  • Maintain strong candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
  • Liaise with agencies where needed within agreed limits
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation
  • Keep internal systems aligned with accurate new starter data
  • Complete right to work checks, references, DBS checks and other pre employment processes

Training Coordination

  • Maintain the internal training calendar across all departments
  • Coordinate bookings for the training centre
  • Arrange trainers, materials, room setup, and refreshments
  • Track attendance, completions, and follow up actions
  • Maintain accurate training records and support compliance audits

People Data and Administration

  • Keep records up to date across HealthboxHR and internal trackers
  • Produce regular reports on recruitment progress, training attendance, and onboarding activity
  • Monitor outstanding documents and chase completion
  • Support the wider People Team

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in recruitment, HR administration, learning coordination, or a busy office support role
  • Strong communication and organisation
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, confidential, and comfortable working with people at all levels
  • Confident using HR systems or similar platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
