The Role

We have an opening for someone to join our team as Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Pre-screening, screening, and interviewing candidates from job applications, website enquiries, referrals etc
  • Liaising with clients (managing partners, partners, and HR managers at law firms), providing advice and taking on new roles, booking interviews, delivering interview feedback, and just about anything else that happens during the recruitment process!
  • Winning new business and brining in new clients to your desk - this will include negotiating and agreeing terms of business, booking face to face meetings, and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Helping prepare candidates for interview, writing job adverts, building a LinkedIn network, and much more!
  • Assisting with training new consultants.

What do we Need?

  • We are flexible on who we consider - Anyone with 18 months+ experience will work!
  • Having strong communication skills (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Someone who is hard-working and driven - you need to be prepared to work beyond the standard hours of 9-5. This is a role that will be very rewarding, but it requires someone to give it their all. Anything less, and you won't fit into our team and culture.

Basic Details

  • Monday to Friday
  • £30-35k base salary DOE (with at least two salary reviews within your first 12 months)
  • Additional monthly bonus/commission on top
  • Tunbridge Wells - you must live within a reasonable distance
  • Onsite parking
