Human Resources Manager

Location: Southall, West London (UB2)
Company: MWA Global Ltd
Salary: £37,100+ per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About Us

MWA Global Ltd is a growing freight forwarding, transport, and logistics company operating across UK and international markets. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our growing workforce and ensure compliance with UK employment and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law
  • Provide advice and support to management on employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
  • Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and immigration requirements
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to support staff performance and growth
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support workforce planning in line with business growth and operational needs
  • Liaise with external advisors where required (e.g. payroll, legal, or HR consultants)

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience managing HR functions within a growing business environment
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable
