Registered Manager – Epilepsy / Learning Disability / Physical Disability / Rehabilitation

Location: Close to Guildford, Surrey
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time position available
Shifts: Monday – Friday with one weekend per month

Shift Times: Usually 0900am – 1700pm but things may differ depending on the requirements on the service. Some evening shifts may be required to meet with the nights team.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Registered Manager to join a service close to Guildford, commutable from Haslemere, Woking and surrounding areas. This service supports adults who have complex epilepsy, often associated with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and other health conditions.

You will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with a unique approach to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:

· Eligibility to live and work in the UK without S P O N S O R S H I P

· Minimum Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with the public, trustees, professional bodies, and external partners

· Skilled in Microsoft Office programmes and calendar management

· Solid understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)

· Proven experience in managing, supporting, and developing staff teams

· Knowledge and practical experience of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)

· Familiar with CQC inspection processes and compliance requirements

· At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within a health or social care setting
