Clinical Lead ( RGN )

Location: Southampton, close to Bursledon
Salary: £21.70 per hour

Hours: Full-Time permanent position available – 40 hours
Shifts: Days only, one weekend per month

Reference: 4850

*Please note we do not hold licences to support overseas candidates; you also must have minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse ( RGN ) to be eligible for this role*

About the Role:
We are looking for RGNs to join a service close to Bursledon, that specialises in caring for adults with dementia and other co-occurring conditions.

As an experienced Registered Nurse ( RGN ), you will support the Home Manager in overseeing all aspects of care within the home, deputising in their absence and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence. You will lead, motivate, and develop the care team, from recruitment and training to supervision and performance management, ensuring they deliver person-centred care in line with company values and regulatory standards. You will oversee care planning, medication management, staffing rotas, and audits, while maintaining clear communication with residents, families, and professionals. You will also play an active role in assessments, clinical meetings, and safeguarding, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective care every day.

Requirements:

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RGN )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without S P O N S O R S H I P
  • At least one year of nursing experience ( RGN )
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude, naturally caring, and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and adherence to values and evidence-based practice
