We are seeking confident, professional nurses with a background in obstetrics and gynaecology who are interested in working within a specialist women’s health environment and developing knowledge in fertility-related care.

Working Pattern

Location: Central London
Days: Monday to Friday only
No evenings or weekends at this stage
Clinic days confirmed approximately one month in advance via a shared diary
Initially approximately 8 full clinic days per month, with plans to scale
Shifts likely to be 8–10 hours with an unpaid break

Candidate Profile

Essential

Registered Nurse
Strong background in obstetrics and gynaecology
Excellent, fluent spoken and written English
Confident in patient-facing clinical environments
Professional, reliable, and comfortable with sensitive and intimate procedures

Desirable

Experience taking bloods and supporting ultrasound procedures
Prior exposure to fertility or reproductive health settings - beneficial
Interest in learning a new women’s health specialism

Important Clarifications

Fertility or IVF experience is not required but would be beneficial
Understanding of IVF stimulation protocols or workflows is not required; training will be provided
No IVF treatment or laboratory work is carried out on site

Approach

The aim is to build a small, consistent pool of nurses who can become familiar with the service, patient journey, and clinical approach over time.
