We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team Working in the hair and beauty industry. This role is B2B account management, requiring strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, handling queries, driving new business, and ensuring a seamless experience from prospecting through to ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing support and retention.

Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Meet targets for both new business acquisition and customer retention.

During quieter periods, focus on identifying and acquiring new customers to drive business growth.

Complete administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, confirming customer requirements, and maintaining customer records.

Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

Previous experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role is preferable.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Experience working with CRM systems to manage customer data effectively.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
