Full job description

We're delighted to be recruiting for Income Recovery Assistant to join our Income Recovery team for 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be based from our Yeovil office.

As part of our team, you will be contacting customers who have fallen into rent arrears, trying to find out why, signposting them internal and external support agencies and setting up rent repayment plans.

You will be using a variety of methods to contact our customers to try and avoid arrears escalating.

You will also undertake some administration tasks for the wider team which will enable you to develop you knowledge of our systems.

Our Housing Professional of the Future training programme will allow you to take the first step into your Housing Career. So, If you're looking for a new opportunity and you display our Abri values and behaviours, we'll be willing to train you to become a fantastic Income Recovery Assistant.

We'll give you the confidence to contact customers who have fallen into arrears, to explore customers' personal circumstances and figure out the best solution for the customer and Abri.
