Are you looking to kick start a career in sales and account management with minimal experience required? Our client is an award winning car finance business who are hiring Trainee Account Managers!

This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that offers full training, fast-track progression, and real earning potential – all while working with warm leads in a high-energy, supportive team.

Role: Trainee Account Manager

Salary: £25,000 basic, plus uncapped commission!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contacting customers who’ve applied for car finance online (all warm leads – no cold calling)
  • Reviewing financial info to assess loan eligibility
  • Guiding customers through the application and approval process
  • Managing call-backs and building rapport
  • Learning the ropes in the Prequalification Team before progressing into Account Management (where top earners make £75k+)

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage your time
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
