Your Role and Responsibilities
EF is searching for an Activities & Events Coordinators for 2026 at our summer camp in Oxford. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international environment and for a well-known global organisation! You will be working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You would have responsibility for the activities program of the student experience in one of our camps and be integral in shaping the customer experience.

You would be supporting a team of international leaders to plan and deliver the activities and events offered. There will be everything from small activities for a single group of 34 students to large events of over 1000. You will help in planning & delivering safe and fun activities that will give the students a sense of the local culture while having fun with their new international friends.

A truly memorable experience, you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily. Every day is different, you may go from working on the activity plan and administration to running epic themed murder mysteries while dressed as your favourite film character!

This role is available for 8-12 weeks during June, July & August.

Requirements
  • Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail
  • You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment
  • Fluent in English
