This role would suit an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Fee Earner who is confident managing their own caseload and looking to take the next step in their career. It's particularly well suited to someone who enjoys client-facing work, wants greater responsibility, and is seeking a firm that offers structured development, hands-on mentoring, and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role:

As a Fee Earner within the Injury Services team, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting colleagues on more complex matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation using the firm's case management system
  • Progressing files efficiently from instruction through to conclusion
  • Delivering exceptional client service throughout the claims process
  • Assisting solicitors with multi-track matters where required
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, procedural, and regulatory standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external professionals

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within a Personal Injury role, as a Fee Earner or experienced Paralegal
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently or with some support
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work proactively and use initiative
  • Experience using the Ministry of Justice Portal is desirable
  • Ambition to develop professionally and progress your legal career
